TPS Country Girls on the Farm

We had a cool lil photo shoot this weekend. We called on our TPS girls, found us a big ‘ole mudded up Totty truck and started snapping away. We think you’ll like the results.

Hopefully this goes to show that yes, we love the trucks and tractors, but also feel free to send us any pics you’d like; how you spend your day, your night and your time at the races.

Mid-South Pullers at TN State Fair

Just wanted to send out a big thanks, to Jeff Witherell, Bob Barbee and the Mid-South Pullers Association, for your hospitality last night, at the Music City Motorplex.

Digger had quite the banner night courtesy of those above, and we made some great new friends. We were able to visit the TN State Fair pull for some great photo opportunities, to meet some great drivers and pulling teams, got to witness first hand some great truck and tractor pulling excitement, and got to introduce tractor pull song .com directly to the fans and the drivers.

Thank you Mid-South Pullers. Thanks also to WRPM promotions. These guys offer the leading edge in concert and racing promotions. Both near and dear to my heart!

Short version is “Thanks ALL!” We hope everyone enjoys the Dirt Sleddin’ Digger.

Two Versions of Digger

As in the previous ‘Digger Comes to Life in Nashville’ entry, the tractor pull song has a history of it’s creation. Where we leave off with the creation of the Louder House Project version, we now back populate with the Penny Mae Dixon Band version.

Penny had noticed that at every tractor pull she had been to, there wasn't one good country song that gave the sport the credit it was due. She had wanted to write a song about tractor pulling for the last year or so but needed some professional songwriter help to bring this theme song to life. “That's when I called on Brian Bayley,” says the PMD Band’s namesake. “Our collaboration brought the song to life and also gave us two separate ideas on how we wanted to play it. My rythmn player, Jesse Sacia, came up with the hook which turned into the Penny Mae Dixon Band's rockin' version. This high energy music came from the talent of the band and their diverse backgrounds.”

Penny and her band were able to quickly create their music and begin providing their rockin’ tune to the public and the truck & tractor pulling industry. She’s been rockin’ the Dirt Sleddin’ Digger since the beginning of the year. From all reviews, it’s been a stellar success for Penny Mae Dixon Band.

Brian’s Louder House version took longer to produce by acquiring individual musicians to layer the recording and all the scheduling requirements involved. In due time however, Digger was able to come to life in Nashville, joining the world with her fraternal Wisconsin twin. Listen, enjoy & download - BOTH!! :)
